This will be my very first officially blog post on here and what better way than an introduction by yours truly. Lets start with my name, and no it is not ember, but Cassie. I’m sure you’re wondering why I chose the name Embers Night, so let’s dive in.
You know those feelings you get when you look at the embers in a fire pit. That warm, cozy, dreamy kinda state it puts you in. Yeah! That’s what my goal is, to put you back in that moment and remember that dreamy day or those sweet moments with your love/loved ones. I’ve always loved the art of photography and how it allows you to capture a moment in time and those images can literally bring back 100s of more moments just like that. To remind you that, You. Are. Worth. It. 👏🏻
Now on to me personally and business aside. I’m married to one hunk of man ;) . I gained 4 kids and we added 2 more. We have 3 girls and 3 boys all ranging from the ages of 2 - 14. My husband owns an MMA gym and works with a marking timber company. I work at the USPS part time and obviously pictures ;) and also a coffee shop once a week. When I’m not working I’m usually running all over the place chasing my 2 and 3 year old. When I get alone time my face is usually barred in a book. I enjoy crime podcasts and coffee. I make sure to have at least 45 minutes a day set aside for worship and Jesus time. ( I try to make it my first thing in the mornings after dropping my kiddos off at the babysitters (aka my sister)) but that doesn’t always happen.). But I flex. 😉
So, to wrap this up... what are some things you enjoy doing in your spare time? Maybe I can pick up a new hobby. Haha
